Replacement Requests:
- We entertain replacement requests only if they are raised within 24 hours of delivery. No replacement requests will be entertained after 24 hours from the date of product delivery.
Conditions for Replacement:

- Manufacturing Defect: If the supplied product exhibits a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Product: If the product supplied is different from the product ordered.
- Unused Condition: The product must not have been used or worn out.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, which must be intact and unsoiled.
- Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
- Video Proof: Customers must provide video proof of opening the package and receiving the damaged or incorrect product.
Exclusions from Replacement:
Customers shall not be eligible for replacement under the following circumstances:
- Consumable Items: Products that are consumable, such as incense sticks, cannot be replaced or returned/exchanged under any circumstance.
- Customization: Customized pooja boxes and items are not eligible for replacement.

- Customers requesting a replacement must provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with a video of the product’s opening (in case of damage or receiving a different product).
- We will bear transportation costs for return and replacement.
- Customers must pack the product carefully. Damaged or worn-out products received at our premises will not be eligible for replacement.

- Replacement products will be dispatched within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned product.
